A Mindful Society’s goal is to support a large and growing movement around mindfulness and compassion within society – a movement that we are fuelling by interacting directly with those applying contemplative practices in their respective sectors.

Inspiring speakers, panelists, facilitators and conference participants interact to create a forum for exploring and shaping the ways of applying mindfulness to the current challenges and aspirations within education, healthcare, workplace, law, technology, and life. Drawing on interactive workshops and cutting edge research we offer practical strategies for cultivating mindfulness within oneself and others.
