Join us for a mini-retreat led by Sister Thệ Nghiêm and Valerie Brown (monastic and lay practitioners in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh). This day is an opportunity to experience a retreat in an urban setting with a focus on deepening personal practice and building community. This retreat will be in the style of Engaged Mindfulness (not fully silent) with a combination of guided meditation and deep relaxation practice, presentation, and discussion.
