I am an occupational therapist and PhD student in health and rehabilitation sciences. My current research focuses on the ways rehabilitation professionals use mindfulness within their clinical practices, both for themselves and their clients. I am also interested in the client perspective with regard to learning and practicing mindfulness within a therapeutic relationship. Additional areas of interest include the role of mindfulness in higher education and the ways animals can facilitate human health and well-being.
