Inspired Journeys

Randi-Mae is on a journey trying to cultivate love and compassion, while helping people find their light and illuminate their journey. She currently assists individuals, couples and non-profit organizations explore integrating a mindfulness practice into their daily lives to enrich their wellbeing. She dedicated five years of her career in service to the community as a frontline Crisis Support Worker. Through assisting individuals in some of the most challenging moments in their lives she was able to discover that everyone has a journey, and is worthy of being heard, seen and supported. In 2015 Randi-Mae brought her dream to fruition and created Inspired Journeys with the assistance and support of her community. Her offers support on four principles; love, meditation, visualization and motion. She graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Family and Community Social Services and a diploma in Social Service and has obtained training along the way related to domestic violence, threat assessment, coaching and mindfulness.
