Rodelyn Wisco obtained her Masters of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. She has been practicing for over 15 years, specializing in mental health, working with individuals, families and groups. She has certifications in Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapies, including Transformative Mindfulness Methods, and obtained a certificate with the University of Toronto Applied Mindfulness Meditation Program. Rodelyn works at the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team in Toronto where she offers Emotion-Focused Mindfulness Groups, teaches mindfulness based meditation to family medicine residents, and conducts clinical research. Rodelyn also has a private practice where she offers mindfulness-based psychotherapy to her clients.
