Rose Mina Munjee

Rose embodies present moment awareness and compassion in her work with organizations and individuals. She teaches contemplative and movement practices for transformation, integrating therapeutic yoga, Qigong and craniosacral therapy. She uses mindfulness-based techniques and researched interventions to help reduce stress, process trauma, increase compassion for self and others, prevent depression relapse, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional resiliency. Rose’s mindfulness coaching and teaching also help clients to manage change, increase well-being and focus, re-connect with core values, and improve relationships. Rose holds a BMATH, MBA, she is a Technology Consultant and Certified Mindfulness Facilitator from University of Toronto AMM-MIND, a candidate for registration with CRPO as an RP, and is a trained facilitator, teaching MBSR, MBCT, and MSC.
