Sue has practiced Mindfulness meditation since 1985- in India, the UK, the US & Canada. Sue’s extensive mindfulness experience and decades in disability advocacy combine as excellent grounding for Sue’s creative work in making Mindfulness accessible, with focus on compassion. She leads Mindfulness groups in research at the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre at CAMH for people on the autism spectrum and their caregivers. Sue also leads Mindful Parents sessions in the school system & is a SMART facilitator for educators with Mindfulness Everyday. Sue is now offering individualized private Mindfulness sessions.
